The Grand Lodge of Ohio is pleased to announce that we have brought the collections at the Grand Lodge Museum in Springfield online. By doing so, we can expand the reach of the museum and allow masons, families and researchers the opportunity to view and research the items remotely.

While this doesn’t take away from an actual visit to the museum, it’s a great starting place for a curious mind. This access is free of charge and welcomes you to a glimpse of the history of Freemasonry in Ohio.

We hope that you take the time to explore the great treasures and collections we have and we look forward to seeing you in person and online very soon.

Visiting the Museum

The museum is open by appointment. Visitors can arrange for a visit by contacting the Grand Lodge office.

Gifts and Donations

Gifts of historic interest are accepted, subject to collection needs and only upon approval from the Grand Secretary. Donors should contact the Grand Lodge to discuss proposed donations. Donations of objects and artifacts must be absolute gifts to the Grand Lodge and are not tax deductible. Financial gifts are also welcome and may be made to the Grand Lodge Charitable Foundation for the Museum and Library fund. Financial gifts help with the preservation and exhibition of the collection. Depending upon your tax status, a charitable financial donation may be tax deductible. Please contact the Grand Lodge Office for more info on how to best support the Museum.
